Karşıyaka Hilltown construction continues

The construction of Hilltown Shopping Mall, which will be built in the old Carrefour area in Karşıyaka, İzmir, which has been invested by Rönesans Holding, has already begun.

Construction project drawings and coordination prepared by our Office is preparing to finish the final deliveries of the project while the site is working hard to keep up with the opening date.

The project, which has a leasable area of 62000 m2 in a construction area of 185000 m2, covers open and closed circulation areas of 15000 m2. There are approximately 40 restaurants / cafes and 180 leasable shops in the project. There is a foodcourt area of 1500m2, a hypermarket of 4000m2, a cinema with 7 halls with an area of 3000m2 and a parking area of 70000m2.

In addition to this, with the aim of being a shopping center that appeals to all visitors with special playgrounds for children, pools between resting areas, resting points and attraction areas, Karşıyaka Hilltown Shopping Mall , is planning to be opened in the last quarter of 2019.
