Wyndham Feradis Hotel project construction has started.

The groundbreaking ceremony of our Hotel Project, that we have worked from Concept Design till Construction Design phases was held. With this ceremony the construction of 50-room hotel construction, which will be established on 110 acres of land in Fulacık Karamürsel, Kocaeli, has started. The project we have prepared for Feradis Company Groups will be managed by Wyndham Hotel groups.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Kocaeli Mayor İbrahim Karaosmanoğlu, Karamürsel District Governor Ahmet Narinoğlu, Garrison and Gendarmerie Commander Gendarmerie Captain Sadık Eroğlu, Karamürsel Mayor İsmail Yıldırım, Karamürsel District Mufti Mehmet Vefa Özdemir, Head of Ak Parti Karamürsel District Gülsüm Ekin, Wyndham Hotel Group CEO Christian Michel , Karamürsel Municipal Assembly Members and many invitations were invited.After speeches, Ibrahim Karaosmanoglu, Ismail Yildirim and Feradis Companies Group CEO Hüseyin Gülsoy set the button.

The hotel building has 4 floors with 50 rooms that have Iznik lake view,in total construction area of 8000 m2. On the lowest floor, there is a spa, which also provides health services for both men and women, with pools looking to the lake. In addition to the hotel building in the project, there are 50 separate villas near the biological lake that will be built. There are also an atelier where jam, cheese etc. can be done with natural products and a market where this kind of products are sold. The restaurant located at the side of the lake serves both the hotel guests and the visitors coming from outside.
